A personal intake session where we discuss your goals, preferences, and any limitations you may have.
A comprehensive body analysis using our Tanita or InBody measurement: insights into body fat percentage, muscle mass, and more.

These are short, intensive sessions in small groups (maximum 6–8 participants), led by a coach. Think circuit training, functional exercises, or full-body workouts. You’ll train at your own level, but with the energy and motivation of a group and the attention of a trainer.

You’ll work one-on-one toward your goals, with our full attention and guidance. Whether you want to lose weight, get stronger, train while recovering from an injury, or work toward a specific athletic goal: together, we’ll determine the approach, the pace, and the results.
Personal training can be booked individually (59.99 per session) or as part of a membership for one weekly session that includes unlimited access to the gym (49.99 per week).
