Our fitness area is compact and clearly laid out with modern cardio and strength training equipment. No overwhelming choices or complicated routes—just a straightforward setup that’s easy to navigate on your own or with guidance.
A coach is always on the floor during your workout. Do you have a question about an exercise, a machine, or technique? Just walk over to us—we’re happy to help.
Your membership includes access to our own Virtuagym app. Here you’ll find your workout plans, track your progress, and access hundreds of exercises and videos. This way, you can keep training at home or on vacation, in a way that suits you.
Want to gain insight into your body composition? With our InBody measurement, you’ll get a detailed picture of your body fat percentage, muscle mass, and fluid balance, among other things. This way, you’ll know exactly where you stand and can truly measure your progress.
