CrossFit is a training method that combines weightlifting, gymnastics, and conditioning exercises into varied and functional workouts. Every workout—also known as a WOD (Workout of the Day)—is unique.

Our Training Courses

Our Training Courses

  • WOD (Workout of the Day): A different workout every day that combines strength, endurance, and technique.
  • Functional: Same as WOD, but with less complex exercises. Barbells are not used, but the class does incorporate dumbbells, kettlebells, and similar equipment. An ideal class for getting started with CrossFit.
  • Strong Mama: A class specifically designed for pregnant women or those in the postpartum period, but also for women who want to train in a small group with other women.
  • Strongman: Also for women—definitely not just for men. Similar to a WOD, but the focus here is on Strongman events.
  • Olympic Lifting: This class focuses on the Olympic lifts: clean & jerk and snatch

  • Strength: A class that focuses on building strength, such as deadlifts, squats, bench presses, presses, and the like.
  • Hyrox: The latest fitness craze. Multiple classes per week that train you to confidently participate in hybrid races such as Hyrox, Gymrace, and similar events.
  • Kids & Teens: There are separate classes for both kids (ages 5–9) and teens (ages 10–13), where they learn the basics of CrossFit.
  • Open Gym: Time and space to work on your technique or strength on your own.
